AI recruiting agents

# AI recruiting agents that give your recruiters their hours back.

Remqa builds and runs AI agents for recruiting agencies, RPO firms and in-house talent teams. They work inside the tools you already pay for and take over the copying, chasing and scheduling between them.

In short Remqa builds and runs AI recruiting agents for recruiting agencies, RPO firms and in-house talent teams. There are four agents (sourcing, outreach, screening, and scheduling and closing) and they work inside existing tools such as Juicebox, HeyReach, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn and Loxo.

- Recruiters approve what candidates and clients see and make every hiring decision

- Engagements start with a free 30-minute hours audit

- The first agent is measured against a baseline before more are added

- No new platform for the team to learn

## One agent for each step of the funnel

### Sourcing agent
Turns a role brief into a ranked shortlist every day. It runs searches in Juicebox or LinkedIn Recruiter against your must-haves and checks the ATS so nobody gets contacted twice.

### Outreach agent
Writes and sends personal sequences across LinkedIn and email in your recruiters' voice, through HeyReach, Gem or your own mailboxes. Interested replies land with the right recruiter, with context.

### Screening agent
Reads resumes, asks first-round questions and writes a short summary against the brief straight into Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn or Loxo.

### Scheduling and closing agent
Books interviews across candidate, hiring manager and client calendars, chases feedback and flags candidates at risk of going cold.

## Why agents and not another tool
Recruiting tools got good at single steps. The hours now go into the work between them: exporting a shortlist, importing it somewhere else, copying notes into the ATS, chasing a scorecard. Another tool adds another login. An agent does the work between the tools you already have.

## How we roll it out
1 **Hours audit.** A free 30-minute call to map where recruiter time goes and pick the first agent.

2 **First agent in production.** Built inside your stack and measured against a baseline.

3 **Run and expand.** We monitor it, fix what breaks and add the next step of the funnel when the first one is paying for itself.

## Recruiters stay in charge
Agents draft, sort and schedule. Your recruiters approve anything a candidate or client sees, and they make every hiring decision. Agents only get the access your team already grants.

## Who it's for

- **Recruiting agencies and search firms:** more roles per recruiter without adding headcount

- **RPO and embedded recruiting:** deliver more for every client with the same team

- **In-house talent teams:** keep up with the hiring plan without growing the team

FAQ
## Common questions.

**Q: What do AI recruiting agents do?**
They take over the repeatable work between recruiting tools: running searches, writing and sending outreach, screening resumes against a brief, booking interviews and chasing feedback. Recruiters stay in charge of decisions and relationships.

**Q: Do we have to switch tools?**
No. Remqa builds the agents inside the tools you already use, such as Juicebox, HeyReach, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn and Loxo.

**Q: Will candidates know they are dealing with AI?**
Messages go out from your recruiters' accounts in their voice, using templates your team approves. We follow any disclosure rules that apply to you.

**Q: Do agents make hiring decisions?**
No. Agents sort, summarise and recommend. A recruiter decides who moves forward, who gets submitted and who gets an offer.

**Q: How do you measure hours saved?**
We record how long each step takes before we start, then report against that baseline every month. If an agent is not saving time, we fix it or switch it off.
